THIS is a 1967 Lincoln Continental Convertible, finished in Black Satin with a white soft top and a black interior.
This convertible was used as a parade car by Queen Elizabeth II and H.R.H. Prince Philip in Calgary, Canada, on July 5, 1973, according to a plaque on the dashboard. Queen Elizabeth II used it again during a visit to Alberta on June 30, 1990, according to a separate plaque that’s also on the dashboard.
This Continental received a service in October 2023.

Released for 1961, the fourth-generation Continental was smaller than its predecessor but still huge by modern standards: the 1967 convertible stretched 221 inches long and weighed over 5,700 pounds. Every fourth-gen Continental regardless of body style stood out with stately styling and a luxurious interior, and the four-door convertible was widely used as a parade car by heads of state all over the world. Production of the convertible ended in 1967, though the other body styles lived on through 1969.
