Yes. Registration on our platform is 100% free. There are no sign-up fees, no subscription costs, and no hidden charges. You can browse listings, follow auctions, and place bids without paying anything. You only pay if you win an auction or complete a Buy Now purchase.
How do I create an account and start bidding?
To get started, simply create an account by providing your basic details and confirming your email address. Once registered, identity verification is automatically required before bidding or buying. This ensures a secure and trustworthy marketplace for all users.
How long does identity verification take?
Most accounts are verified instantly using our AI-powered verification system. In some cases, additional checks may be required, and verification can take up to 1–2 business days. This process helps us prevent fraudulent activity and maintain a safe trading environment.
Why is ID verification mandatory?
Identity verification is required to eliminate fake or fraudulent accounts. By verifying each user, we ensure that all bidders are real, accountable, and legally able to complete transactions. This protects buyers and increases overall trust on the platform.
What information or documents are required?
During registration, you’ll be asked to provide basic personal information. For verification, a valid government-issued ID is required. All submitted data is processed securely and used strictly for verification and compliance purposes.
Does placing a bid mean I must pay if I win?
Yes. Placing a bid is a binding commitment. If you place the highest bid and win the auction, you are legally obligated to complete the payment. Bids should only be placed if you are fully prepared to purchase the item at the bid price.
When and how do payments work?
Payment is required only after winning an auction or completing a Buy Now purchase. No payment is taken when placing bids. Once you win, you’ll receive clear payment instructions and a deadline to complete the transaction according to the sale terms.
How do I place a bid?
Once your account is registered and verified, open any active auction listing and click the “Place Bid” button. Enter your bid amount according to the displayed minimum increment and confirm. Each bid is submitted manually and reflected instantly in real time.
Do you offer automatic or proxy bidding?
No. All bids on our platform are placed manually by users. We do not use automated or proxy bidding systems. This ensures full transparency and keeps complete control in the hands of bidders.
What are the bid increments?
Bid increments depend on the auction value and may vary between listings. Common increments are €250 or €500, but the exact step is always clearly displayed on the auction page before you place a bid.
What does a no-reserve auction mean?
All auctions are no-reserve, meaning there is no minimum or hidden price. The item will be sold to the highest bidder, regardless of the final amount. The final price is determined entirely by bidder activity.
What is the Buy Now option?
Buy Now allows you to purchase an item instantly at a fixed price, without waiting for the auction to end. Once Buy Now is used, the auction closes immediately and the item is reserved for the buyer.
What happens if a bid is placed in the final minutes?
Our platform uses anti-sniping protection. If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of an auction, the auction time is automatically extended by 2 minutes. This ensures fair competition and prevents last-second bidding.
Are bids legally binding?
Yes. Every bid placed is a binding commitment to purchase. If you win an auction, you are required to complete the payment. Please bid only if you are fully prepared to finalize the transaction.
Can a bid be canceled or withdrawn?
No. Once submitted, bids cannot be canceled or retracted. We strongly recommend reviewing all listing details, photos, videos, and inspection information before placing a bid. Failure to complete a winning purchase may result in account suspension.
How do I pay after winning?
Within minutes of winning, you’ll receive a confirmation email with detailed payment instructions. Our team will also contact you directly to guide you through the process.
What is the payment deadline?
Payment is due within 24–48 hours of winning the auction. Failure to complete payment on time may result in forfeiture of the item and account suspension.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via bank wire transfer only. We do not accept PayPal, credit cards, personal checks, or other payment methods.
Are there any buyer fees?
No. The price you bid is the final price you pay. We do not charge buyer premiums, commissions, or hidden fees.
Is financing available?
Financing is not available at this time. Our team is currently working on establishing partnerships with reputable financial institutions to provide structured financing options with competitive rates and fully transparent terms. Once finalized, buyers will be able to access pre-approved offers, clear repayment plans, and a streamlined contract process directly through our platform.
What currency do you use?
All transactions are conducted in United States Dollars (USD).
How does delivery work?
After payment is confirmed, our logistics team manages the entire delivery process. This includes scheduling, route planning, insurance, and transport coordination. You do not need to arrange shipping yourself — delivery is handled end-to-end, from the secure storage facility directly to your address.
How much does delivery cost?
Promotional offer: Free nationwide delivery within the continental United States for a limited time on all eligible orders.

Standard pricing (after promotion): Delivery is free within 500 miles of the item’s location. For distances beyond 500 miles, a fee of $1.60 per additional mile applies. The final delivery cost is calculated automatically and shown clearly on your invoice.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on destination and routing. Within the United States, delivery typically takes up to 12 days. Shipments to Canada may take up to 15 days. Estimated timelines are confirmed once transport is scheduled.
Can I pick up the item myself?
No. All assets are bank-repossessed and stored in secure, restricted-access facilities under the custody of financial institutions. Personal pickup is not permitted. As an authorized auction platform, we do not operate a public showroom or pickup location. All items are delivered directly from the bank’s secured warehouse to your door, ensuring a documented and fully insured chain of custody.
Is the item insured during shipping?
Yes. Every shipment includes full insurance coverage for the entire transit period. In the unlikely event of transport-related damage, you must notify our team immediately upon delivery so the issue can be resolved promptly.
What does the 12-Month Guarantee include?
Every purchase is protected by our 12-Month Guarantee, starting from the date of delivery. Coverage applies for up to 12 months, 1,000 operating hours, or 12,000 miles — whichever occurs first. The guarantee covers major mechanical components of used vehicles and equipment. It does not cover normal wear and tear, routine servicing, fluids, tires, or other consumable parts.
What is the 7-Day Inspection Period?
After delivery, you have seven (7) calendar days to inspect the vehicle or equipment and confirm it matches the listing description and inspection report. If an undisclosed mechanical fault or material defect is discovered during this period and was not previously documented, you may return the item for a full refund. Return transportation is arranged and paid for by us.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. When a return is approved under the 7-Day Inspection Period due to an undisclosed issue, all return shipping and logistics costs are fully covered by our team. There are no handling or restocking fees.
What condition must the item be in to qualify for a return?
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Reasonable wear resulting solely from inspection or verification use is acceptable. Items that have been altered, damaged, misused, or operated beyond reasonable inspection are not eligible for return under the inspection guarantee.
How do I request a return?
To initiate a return, contact our support team within the 7-Day Inspection Period and notify us of the undisclosed issue. Supporting documentation such as photos, videos, or a certified mechanic’s report may be required. Once approved, we will schedule pickup at no cost to you and issue a full refund after the item is received and condition is verified.
Are the items professionally inspected?
Yes. Every vehicle and piece of equipment is inspected by independent, third-party technicians prior to being listed. The inspection documents the condition in detail so you know exactly what you are bidding on before placing a bid.
What is included in the inspection report?
Each listing includes a comprehensive inspection package, which may contain:
  • 40+ high-resolution photos covering all angles
  • Operational video footage showing the item running
  • 360° interior and exterior views when available
  • Detailed condition ratings and written assessments
  • Disclosure of any visible wear, damage, or known issues
  • Recorded machine hours, mileage, or usage data
  • VIN or serial number for identification
Can I inspect the item in person before buying?
No. All assets are stored in secure, restricted-access bank facilities and are not available for public viewing or on-site inspections. Instead, each listing provides extensive third-party inspection media, including photos, video walkarounds, and 360° views. In addition, your purchase is protected by a 7-Day Inspection Period after delivery and a post-sale guarantee.
Are items sold “as-is”?
Yes. All items are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis. However, our inspection process ensures that all known conditions are disclosed before purchase. Combined with the post-delivery inspection period and guarantee coverage, this provides full transparency and protection against unexpected issues.
Who can buy on your platform?
Our marketplace is open to buyers located in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We welcome private individuals as well as businesses, including contractors, farmers, dealers, and fleet operators.
What types of assets do you sell?
We offer a wide range of assets through online auctions, including cars, trucks, RVs, boats, agricultural machinery, and construction equipment. All listings are professionally inspected and fully documented.
Where are the vehicles and equipment located?
All assets are bank-repossessed and stored in secure, restricted-access facilities across multiple locations nationwide. As an Authorized Auction Platform, we do not operate a public showroom. Every purchase is completed through our managed, insured delivery process.
Can international buyers participate?
At this time, participation is limited to buyers located in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Buyers outside these regions are not eligible to bid or complete purchases.
