During this evaluation window you can test every feature, strategy, alert system and dashboard functionality.

After 7 days the product is considered fully accepted — no refunds will be issued.

2. 12-Month Platform Warranty

Paid subscriptions include a 12-month limited warranty against verifiable technical defects originating from our platform.

Covered: server-side calculation errors, signal generation bugs, dashboard malfunctions, login failures caused by our infrastructure.

Not covered (explicitly excluded):

• Issues caused by third-party brokers, data feeds, APIs or exchanges
• Internet connectivity, device performance, firewall/VPN blocks
• User configuration mistakes, wrong symbol/timeframe settings
• Market conditions, news events, liquidity issues
• Custom scripts, third-party tools or unauthorized modifications
• Force majeure, DDoS attacks, hosting provider outages

In case of covered defect we will — at our sole discretion — repair, replace, extend subscription or issue service credit.

• Purchase date
• Detailed description of the issue + screenshots/videos when applicable

5. Processing & Timeline

Valid requests are usually reviewed within 48–72 hours.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to original payment method.

Processing speed depends on your payment provider (Bank Wire Transfer).
