This Coach House Platinum 272XLFR motorhome was built on a 2022 Ford Econoline E-450 Super Duty van cutaway chassis. It was converted to four-wheel drive by U-Joint Offroad of Fletcher, North Carolina, with work that included installing an NP1128 dual-range transfer case, a suspension lift, a Dana 60 front axle, custom driveshafts, Fox front shocks, and rear airbags. Aftermarket bumpers, 17″ Pro Comp front wheels, Baja Designs auxiliary lights, and a Warn winch were also installed at that time. The motorhome is finished in two-tone silver over gray vinyl upholstery, and power is from a 7.3-liter gasoline V8 linked to a six-speed automatic transmission and a dually rear axle. The interior layout incorporates a lounge with two power-operated recliners, a galley, a bathroom, and a rear bedroom. A slide-out is positioned on each side, and additional features include automatic leveling jacks, an Onan 4kW generator, a lithium battery system, and solar panels in addition to a power-operated awning, a house furnace and air conditioner, and two flat-screen TVs. This Coach House 4×4 motorhome is now offered for sale with original purchase paperwork, 4×4 conversion records, service records, and a clean Colorado title.
The cab and fiberglass camper shell are finished in silver with contrasting lower bodywork. The front U-Joint Offroad aluminum bumper incorporates Baja Designs LED driving and auxiliary lights, recovery shackles, a Warn 12k-lb winch, and a Factor 55 winch hook, while a cargo bin and Pelican storage box are secured to the custom-fabricated rear bumper. A slide-out with a topper is situated on each side, and a power-operated awning with wind detection covers the patio area. Other details include a 380-watt rooftop solar panel system, an in-motion satellite TV antenna, an outdoor shower, a power-operated entry step, and a receiver hitch. Utility connections for water, electrical service, and waste disposal are positioned on the street side. Body damage on the right-side slide-out and rear wheel well were repaired in 2022, while a crack above the right-rear wheel well was repaired in 2024 along with the seal between the cab and the camper shell. The rear panel was repaired and repainted in 2025.
The 17″ Pro Comp front and steel rear wheels are mounted with Toyo Open Country A/T tires that measure 285/70 up front and 255/80 out back. A spare is secured to the tail panel. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs. A suspension lift was installed during the four-wheel-drive conversion along with front leaf springs and Fox shocks, adjustable floating rear airbags, an onboard air compressor with a convenience outlet, and Mile Marker manually locking front hubs. An HWH auto-leveling jack system for campsite use is also fitted. The camber and caster bushings were replaced in preparation for the sale.
The power-operated driver seat and swiveling passenger seat are upholstered in gray vinyl and accompanied by color-coordinated door panels, carpets, and contrasting dash panels. An sPOD lighting control panel is centrally mounted, and other amenities include power windows and door locks, heated seats, adaptive cruise control, a reverse-view camera, Garmin navigation, a Sirius satellite radio, and a Directed Electronics remote start system.
The multi-function steering wheel sits ahead of a 120-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, and a digital display with auxiliary gauges. The odometer indicates 26824 miles.
The living quarters are outfitted with woodgrain walls, LED lights, and overhead storage cabinets along with residential-style power outlets, USB ports, and privacy shades. The lounge area has two power-operated recliners, dual Lagun tables, a Samsung flat-screen TV, and a Sony DVD player.
The galley is equipped with a stainless-steel sink as well as a Dometic three-burner propane range, a High Pointe microwave oven, a Dometic refrigerator and freezer, and an exhaust hood. An Onan 4kW generator is secured in a dedicated exterior compartment, and other house equipment includes a 300Ah Relion lithium battery system, Victron power management, a Truma demand-service water heater, a furnace, and a Dometic air conditioner. Also equipped are a 25-gallon black tank, a 27-gallon gray water tank, and a 36-gallon freshwater tank. The water heater plumbing was repaired in 2021.
The rear bedroom houses a queen bed, woodgrain cabinets, a rear window, a Vizio flatscreen TV, and a Sony DVD player. The adjacent bathroom has an enclosed shower, a toilet, a sink, a mirror, and a hinged window.
The 7.3L gasoline V8 sends power to the rear or all six wheels via a six-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range NP1128 transfer case, and a dually rear axle. The oil was changed in preparation for the sale.
A Dana 60 Stage 2 front axle assembly was installed during the four-wheel-drive conversion. Additional underside photos can be viewed in the gallery.
